      The employees are hard working

      Cons

      They go against their own policies which causes chaos to the few having to deal with the issues. Constantly given more task that are out of the scope of your job description.

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
