      Not a lot of pros if any. Benefits might be the only one. Brand name product that seems to sell alright.

      Cons

      Unorganized, old school ways that don't translate into the present, not very creative. Company has a lot of work to do to make sales team relevant.

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
