Latitude is doing well at coordinating across different teams. It's nice to be making a product for Ford motor company. The growth plan is highly supported by Ford leadership.

Cons

It's a little bit hard when maybe times, to get something done, I need help from people who I've never met from an office far away from me. There's a lot of stop energy preventing good work from getting done

Latitude is a fantastic workplace. Teams are talented, kind, and collaborative. We move fast and our work has real impact. Easily one of the best jobs I've ever had

Cons

Interacting with the Ford side can be a pain, but they provide our funding and stability, so I can't complain
