Everything has to go through headquarters in France small company mindset. no opportunities for growth in the company

Pros

The people are great, as is the product. Managers are very accessible, and communication between most teams is good.

Cons

Flow of information isn't consistent. Office is far from town (which is both good and bad). Commute can be difficult during high tourist times and bad weather (rain/flooding).
