Great products, office/plant was in a beautiful location in Sonoma
Cons
Poor management. No growth opportunities. French owned, parent company has no idea what is happening in the Sonoma office. French management did not try to get to know employees that were either not managers or not French (sad, but true), which creates a distrust and awkward environment. Most people took that as they didn't care about the employees. Very low morale in the office and a negative environment. Managers treat employees poorly, if it's not their idea, they do not listen. Condescending and patronizing tones were often used. Very one sided view on ideas/processes/product.
