Management had poor communication. Provided no training. Plays favorites and believes their favorite employees feedback over others. Uses unprofessional language and yells at employees to intimidate them. Constantly making negative comments, and focuses on blame instead of solutions. Does not take the blame for their mistakes. Failed to provide clear instructions. Lacks empathy and compassion to their employees. Human Resources is aware of what goes on and does not address it.
