CEO is the greatest Sales Manager ever (if you listen to him tell stories, this is one you will hear). Probably the reason why they are on Sales Manager #5 in about 10 years. Noone is as great as the almighty George "napolean" Lemaitre. The regional sales managers micromanage the crap out of their reps and most RSMs were average reps themselves. They underpay their reps significantly compared to the rest of the industry. Also, they have have had so many back order and supply issues in 2025 that noone knows how they are doing. And then when you don't hit 100%, they flip their empty heads.
