Pros
There are decent benefits, no holidays and no weekends. They attempt to build employee morale with an employee appreciation week and random treats and rewards like prime parking spaces.
Cons
Working at Learning Care Group is like working in a high school with all of the "mean girl" cliques. Poor and negative behavior by employees is the norm. Employees speak negatively about their managers, co-workers and the company as a whole to anyone who will listen. New employees are inundated with this negativity during their orientation to the company and initial meetings with certain disgruntled employees. In addition to blatant disregard for managers and the company, employees treat each other poorly. Some refuse to speak to each other while others are outright rude/yell at others during meetings and in front of other departments. By ignorning these behaviors management is saying that it is okay. I never know what I am going to have to deal with on a daily basis and I feel like I have to tip toe around so I don't get treated poorly by my co-workers.
