No Pros ...this ship is sinking fast!

Cons

Everything is a Con, from the poor pay to the constant turnover, over worked employees, and mean district manager. Any job is better than working here. Corporate does not care at all about the kids! They are not spending any money on their buildings or staff. This place has been on a spending freeze, the cook is told to cook whatever she has in the pantry....seriously... The toys are old, the playground is need of repair and is not safe. The staff is lazy because of no pay and constant management turnover. Run.....

I love my job, We have a great company that really looks at what is best for children and teachers. Our education team is fantastic our children are excelling daily in their learning but still always have the opportunity to play and experience there classrooms. We have great benefits which is hard to find. I would recommended our school and any in the company. Our school is very unique we have incredibly long term staff. Many over 25 years my self I have been with our company for 41 years.

Cons

Work life balance is always an opportunity that could be better as in any company.

My immediate team and supervisors were great.

Cons

Management has no idea how recruiting works, and no clue how to administer or gauge recruiting metrics. Their weekly "goals" for recruiters don't even make sense given what is involved in hiring and starting a candidate. I was only there for a short time, but working there was a total waste. I'd rather Door Dash than work for this company again.
