Pros

There are no pros. You say you're working hard to turn public opinion around but then you turn around and accept mediocre directors and management, and allow them to treat your employees with disrespect and create a toxic work environment.

Cons

Poor management, lack of respect in workplace, unrealistic standards, time card was altered, breaks not given, constantly out of ratio, putting infants in with toddlers, hostile towards new working mothers.

Pros

I love my job, We have a great company that really looks at what is best for children and teachers. Our education team is fantastic our children are excelling daily in their learning but still always have the opportunity to play and experience there classrooms. We have great benefits which is hard to find. I would recommended our school and any in the company. Our school is very unique we have incredibly long term staff. Many over 25 years my self I have been with our company for 41 years.

Cons

Work life balance is always an opportunity that could be better as in any company.

Pros

Most teachers really cared about their students and took their responsibilities seriously. Local management tried hard to create a loving and caring culture. Most families were supportive and showed their appreciation.

Cons

Teachers are underpaid, as a profession. Corporate made policy and curriculum changes without considering impact on schools and teachers. Profits were prioritized over retention, education, and sometimes safety.
