Pros

- Your students and families. If you work to establish trust and support, you will form invaluable relationships and connections. - Technology is being brought in and introduced into the classrooms for the older students, which is a good higher end standard.

Cons

- You are given absolutely no time to plan curriculum or to evaluate students and there seems to be a winking nod to the expectation you work for free on your own time to get these things done. - While this is indeed a private, for-profit company, it's truly a shame that children are being crammed into rooms at maximum to over-maximum. There is no educational benefit to 28+ children in a room with one lead teacher. - Outside extracurricular programs have been eliminated and are instead taught by a member of staff. Parents saw no reduction in cost for the reduction in quality. - Tuition is quite high, but parents complain frequently that there are no supplies available for their students while at school. And it's a fair complaint... I think my previous school purchased one box of markers to divide amongst eight classes in a year's time. Asking for supply runs gets you nowhere. You go out of pocket or your class doesn't get what they need. - While we were fortunate at my school to have a fabulous chef, there's only so much one can do with Saltines and "peanut" butter. The food is cheap and budgets are razor tight. - HUGE disconnect from the office to the teachers.

Pros

I love my job, We have a great company that really looks at what is best for children and teachers. Our education team is fantastic our children are excelling daily in their learning but still always have the opportunity to play and experience there classrooms. We have great benefits which is hard to find. I would recommended our school and any in the company. Our school is very unique we have incredibly long term staff. Many over 25 years my self I have been with our company for 41 years.

Cons

Work life balance is always an opportunity that could be better as in any company.

Pros

My immediate team and supervisors were great.

Cons

Management has no idea how recruiting works, and no clue how to administer or gauge recruiting metrics. Their weekly "goals" for recruiters don't even make sense given what is involved in hiring and starting a candidate. I was only there for a short time, but working there was a total waste. I'd rather Door Dash than work for this company again.
