Pros

Great salary, car, laptop, phone etc. Some really dedicated people - especially long-term DM's and Directors who really care about children & families.

Cons

Intimidating management, Mean girls club. If the higher-up boss doesn't like you personally, they find an easy way to fire you. I saw over 7 long-term ppl fired for petty reasons in just 2 years. Had 4 bosses myself in 5 years. (2 good ones left due to unhealthy environment or ethics issues)

Pros

I love my job, We have a great company that really looks at what is best for children and teachers. Our education team is fantastic our children are excelling daily in their learning but still always have the opportunity to play and experience there classrooms. We have great benefits which is hard to find. I would recommended our school and any in the company. Our school is very unique we have incredibly long term staff. Many over 25 years my self I have been with our company for 41 years.

Cons

Work life balance is always an opportunity that could be better as in any company.

Pros

My immediate team and supervisors were great.

Cons

Management has no idea how recruiting works, and no clue how to administer or gauge recruiting metrics. Their weekly "goals" for recruiters don't even make sense given what is involved in hiring and starting a candidate. I was only there for a short time, but working there was a total waste. I'd rather Door Dash than work for this company again.
