Pros
The kids are adorable. That's literally about it. I like my coworkers too, we all agree that it's a horrible place to work.
Cons
Management is horrible, district office workers are rarely working (come in at 1030, leave at 12, come back at 2, leave at 430). We've been short-staffed since I got here and management will make you come into work even if you're sick with a fever or throwing up. Benefits are minimal and expensive, my paycheck for two weeks came out to be less than half of what my gross income for that pay period would've been. You can barely get a raise, you have to basically threaten with another job offer to get one. Very stingy on overtime and hours too. Very corporate mindset.
