Unfortunately disappointing - Project Manager Ledcor Employee Review

Upper Mgt. basis promotions on favouritism. I was really excited for awhile to be working at Ledcor but it has been an ultimate disappointment. If you haven't been raised by the Ledcor old boys, you are an outsider. Mr. Lede needs to connect with the lower level people and not just the executives who don't send the same messages that you hear at the Christmas party or the Annual Meeting. The biggest thing is the leadership needs to be turned over and they need to move into the 21st century. Not alot of modern business practices found across the company - even working from home is micro managed.
