Pros

Reliable job, lots of connections within Lee. Just got a system wide pay raise which was needed!

Cons

Spread a bit thin sometimes and can be overwhelming at times. Would like a better balance of PTO since you have to use PTO for holidays (even if the office is closed and you HAVE to take the day off).

Pros

Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

Cons

System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
