Pros

Legacy is an amazing company to work for. They truly care not only for the clients, but their employees. There is huge opportunity for growth - I can attest to this as I start as a BHT, then a case manager and now am part of the alumni team. I have been employed with Legacy for almost 3 years and love it. They are always brainstorming ideas to show appreciation for staff (donut day, team building outings etc). I have also never gone without support from my direct supervisor in any position I have held.

I truly don’t have anything bad to say.

They allowed me to work independently, within the hours I chose to work.

Cons

They micromanage everything. As a licensed clinician, I wasn't allowed to run groups the way I'm most comfortable. They believed clients over their employees, and paid moderately well. It was a place where there were a lot of cliques; if you weren't management, you weren't "cool". They treated folks poorly and failed to provide clients with adequate aftercare planning. They worked with certain outpatient programs, and they were not good ones. NO BIPOC EMPLOYEES
