Pros
Union = great benefits, Higher starting salary than many other places.
Cons
Social workers and support staff have little ability to make a good salary and you will continuously hear employees discuss that. Management is just administrative, don't think you'll learn much from your supervisor. They are losing people of color by the minute and don't seem to care.
