Pros

unlimited sick days policy, affordable health insurance

Cons

Free tax payers money in a form of city, state, and federal grants inefficiently used for programs, disorganized chaotic operations, extremely poor management, people who must have been retired long time ago, unnecessary multi-tier supervising/managing pyramid, there are more so-called supervisors and managers than staff, no room for career advancement, a crowd of unhappy folks who play like they care but they don't in fact; very low salaries, run away from this place
