This is a great company to work for and is the only one of its size in the area. There is room for advancement if you work hard, do a good job and stick around. Much of management has been there for a long time and advancement is the best way to get into management as they have a hard time hiring management from the outside.

Overtime is expected. There are many busy times with quarter end and tax filing season. It can get stressful.

My office was clean and air conditioned. There was indoor plumbing.

They do NOT care for their people. ZERO life-work balance. HR IS A JOKE. As a salaried employee, you could not pay me enough to go back there. Nearly killed me- literally. Know that your health insurance is ended the same day your job ends without warning, notice or ANY helpful information for you to transition forward.
