Those that work hard are not truly valued. Instead, performances were made to be low in 2023 the company blamed not meeting financial goals. This will lead to less raise and bonus payouts. Yet, leadership is being sent to Italy for their yearly meeting but according to the company, no money. The company also now expects employees to work onsite every day when the majority of the employees were hired on a Hybrid schedule. Yet most of leadership live in other states and work remote the majority of the time. They have changed some of the titles to global to give excuse of why those folks are permanently remote. Work Life Balance is no longer favorable with Leica as they now have become inflexible.
