Pros

Love the people. The company has the most hard-working folks across multiple channels. Great nearby shopping!

Cons

Those that work hard are not truly valued. Instead, performances were made to be low in 2023 the company blamed not meeting financial goals. This will lead to less raise and bonus payouts. Yet, leadership is being sent to Italy for their yearly meeting but according to the company, no money. The company also now expects employees to work onsite every day when the majority of the employees were hired on a Hybrid schedule. Yet most of leadership live in other states and work remote the majority of the time. They have changed some of the titles to global to give excuse of why those folks are permanently remote. Work Life Balance is no longer favorable with Leica as they now have become inflexible.

Pros

Benefits are good. If you are looking for a place to coast, and love to color boxes, this is the place for you!

Cons

If you have an opinion, and you are not a robot, you won't last. Using your brain is frowned upon. No one that adds value stays, and if they do, they aren't happy.

Pros

DBS Tools. However, it is over utilized and with no end in sight. The focus is all wrong. Focused on reporting, metrics, and not the employee and the customer. Its a rite of passage to have as many Kaizens, PSPs as you can.

Cons

The worst place I have ever worked. Sr Leadership is ill qualified for these positions, lack of lab experience, and lack of management. They are concerned about their own career and not the development of others. 5 VPs left in a matter of a year, jumped ship due to the lack of strategy and President, who was just canned. Too little too late. The pay is inferior. You cannot speak up. The office is a dump. The focus is more on metrics vs innovation/new products and focusing on the customer.
