Pros

If you have absolutely no exposure to sales, this could serve as a very basic introduction to prospecting. That said, there’s nothing here you couldn’t learn in a more stable and better-supported environment.

Cons

The firm lacks any real foundation. There’s no dependable structure, and training feels disorganized and inconsistent. Leadership does not operate with a clear or steady vision, which leads to constant shifts and a lack of alignment across the organization. Instead of developing a reliable system for advisors to succeed, the firm frequently changes direction, using its people to test ideas rather than refining what actually works. There are moments where business practices come across as questionable, creating situations that don’t always feel aligned with strong ethical standards. Employee turnover is significant, which is indicative of deeper issues within both the culture and operations. A noticeable portion of the highly rated reviews appear to come from current employees (only have been there a year or less) who are encouraged to post them internally, Which doesn’t reflect the longer-term experience.

Pros

Wow. Night and day difference after partnering with Charles Schwab and leaving their previous relationship. The people there are resentful if you look at the recent negative reviews this month. To be honest, I’d be upset too if all of my clients followed the CEO so I don’t blame them. Training was just ok but seems to have taken a huge step in the right direction since the transition. Career pathing is awesome and they have plans to expand into multiple markets by the end of next year which takes things to another level too. They even pay for leads to help supplement building our book and we can use AI now!!

Cons

Don’t come here if you are negative or lazy.

Pros

They recently left a large corrupt company to go independent and I noticed a lot of reviews this month specifically trying to tank their ratings shortly after they left. I think most people can put two and two together which in my opinion, highlights many of the reasons why the CEO ultimately made the decision to leave but thank goodness they left and went independent. They left so they could offer better compensation structures (yes, they have a base option), increased payouts, more stability to Advisors, offer better products for clients, and are no longer held captive. They now have multiple companies that allow Advisors to have additional ways to help clients and give new leads to Advisors which is nice. The CEO is a genuine guy who invests a lot of time leading trainings himself to make sure you are successful.

Cons

Being a Financial Advisor at any company requires a lot of hard work early. Be careful not to join big insurance companies or companies who only sell annuities. Many companies will also make you pay a bunch of money in expenses after a few years (Lemnis does not) so make sure you ask blunt questions.
