Generous company! Since I first began, they pour on the love and at home feeling. The culture is very inclusive and they truly do their best to be different from other carriers. I feel that there is so much room to grow and being here in 3 years, I can honestly say I’ve grown so much professionally and personally. You have a lot of room to take ownership of your work and how you show up and I appreciate that. There’s no micromanaging or dictatorships, you truly can learn to be a part of a team and take pride in what you do to help people who are dealing with stressful situations.
Cons
New company and it’s a fast growing one. Sometimes, our systems can’t handle it and we’re constantly having to work around glitches and bugs, but we still get ish done! We get a lot of customers and need to be properly staffed to handle the volume.
