      Pros

      - Everything is driven by data, which some may love or hate; if you're good with data, Lemonade is your place to be - The people are great; NYC office is a nice space, always stocked with what you need - The Giveback organization is a nice addition to the company where they work with nonprofits to donate to each year

      Cons

      - The company's focus can change on a whim, disrupting a lot of what some team's might be working on - A lot of side conversations had among higher-ups; can feel a little cliquey at times - Teams run lean

      Pros

      The management's heart is in the right place. Employees are brilliant and fun to work with. Fantastic employee experince.

      Cons

      Comp package aren't always as attractive as they should. The demand from the employees is high - the salary and compensation as a hole doesn't always reflect it.

      - Great culture across offices and teams - Incredibly strong and experienced leadership team - Dynamic, fast paced environment combined with strong business execution

      Cons

      - Distributed workforce and hybrid work policy, does make it harder to connect with people not in one of the main offices (challenge not unique to Lemonade)
