Pros
- Everything is driven by data, which some may love or hate; if you're good with data, Lemonade is your place to be - The people are great; NYC office is a nice space, always stocked with what you need - The Giveback organization is a nice addition to the company where they work with nonprofits to donate to each year
Cons
- The company's focus can change on a whim, disrupting a lot of what some team's might be working on - A lot of side conversations had among higher-ups; can feel a little cliquey at times - Teams run lean
