Pros
The Product analyst role is very pivotal in each squad, so the job is very interesting and impactful. There is a culture of kindness, helping each other, not sparing positive feedback, and transparency as to the company's strategy, so you know exactly how each thing you do impacts the bigger picture.
Cons
Compensation - annoying policy of vacation days (you can only save 5 days for next year), holiday eves are working days, stuff like that... It's ok though in the big picture :)
