Pros
There aren't many left. It used to be a start-up with a vision and shared mission amongst all employees. Now every day routine just is trying to convince one worker to do the work of two or three humans, of course without being paid more or even being promoted.
Cons
Lemonade had standards and values, which were shared widely and meticulously, over and over again in the younger days. Ambitious goals and bold KPIs were combined with compassionate and kind colleagues and leaders. Now it is all about money, about efficiency, about automation, all of which are fine to have and to improve, as long as you do it whilst keeping every worker's dignity and well-being at work. The burn-out situation at Lemonade is at a peak and most office members in Europe have long lost their respect for the c-level leader's decisions.
