Pros
Things I enjoy about LPS in no particullar order: My health benefits are decent, I don't think I pay more compared to other companies. The Fidelity campus is pleasant place to work... its clean, by the river and it has a cafe. The location, my commute is not bad.
Cons
Where to start???? The pay is pretty bad. When I was going through the interviewing process they talked the ICP (monthly bonus) up because the base salary was rather low. However, they assured me that the monthly ICP would make up for the lower salary which of course it has not. The company itself is completly unorganized, there is not any type of training implemented. I was trained by someone who was hired two months prior to me. My supervisor is the worst I have ever encountered... on personal phone calls all day, surfing the web and has even been spotted filing nails. We are completely overworked and absolutely underpaid...
