Advancement opportunities depend on who likes you. There is too much favoritism and many 'cliques'. Mangment gossips and talks about each other. Little job security. People who worked hard and were loyal to the company during a recent business model transition were subsequently laid off. Low wages and no increases. People went years without raises. Bonuses, health care, time off and benefits are often cut. No ongoing training and development of managment teams.
