Very Disappointing Experience - Anonymous employee Lender Processing Services Employee Review

The turnover rate in our department was high, layoffs occurred regularly. I never felt valued as an employee. I was with the company for two and a half years and never received a raise or even a performance review (my supervisor told me for six months that they were working on it but nothing was ever submitted). Management liked to micromanage, and communication between management and staff was very poor.
