Great co-workers, most are very competent
Cons
Managers not so much. Nearly every weekend you'll get the "opportunity" to work (for free) . No raises for years, no match, no reimbursement for internet service fees (but you're required to have it so you can work from home whenever they call) . Management "knows" how to do it and are totally uninterested in listening to employees new ideas. Did I already say, way, way too much uncompensated overtime (35+ weekends per year)......Mgmt feels your nights and weekends are theirs to schedule........Very political.
