Pros
Hard working group of employees
Cons
Management needs to be completely overhauled. I had not met Randall Brown until he held a meeting to announce the individuals selected to attend were being layed off. The goals and movement of the company are not discussed and employees are not valued. There is a large gap between senior management and the staff. I had been with the company for over a year and had never seen Chad Neel until the yearly conference even though his office is on the same floor as my cubicle. Employees are not asked to participate or be involved with process development which leads to senior management making procedural decisions that negatively impact production and client relationships. There is more focus on discipline than on positive feedback and support. I was not written up but several of my co-workers received disciplinary action as if they were sent to a time-out chair. I have never worked at a company with the level of turnover due to terminations. My understanding is it is not isolated to non-management but very high level management as well.
