Pros
Great team of people. Those that stayed through the merger are hard, dedicated, and willing to help.
Cons
Lots to accomplish with no training. No bonuses unless a director or above. It doubled its size but the teams weren’t ready so there has been a lot of picking up the extra work. Communication is minimal - they do a diaper drive that isn’t publicized to employees for charity. There is on boarding for 2 days to ensure all hr paperwork is completed before starting in your department but once on your team you aren’t trained - it’s more of a you better know what’s needed type situation and ask questions along the way.
