Pros

Good place to work with great autonomy and freedom. Upper management isn’t breathing down your neck. There are obviously deadlines to hit with projects, but if you can be efficient, nobody asks any questions.

Cons

Not truly a con, but the work load is massive. This is due to Lennar having close to 50% of the market land share.
