Pros
Lennar had great benefits and they really did strive to have a great company culture. That is however hard when each division does things differently. Managers were usually generally flexible when it came to taking care of family including working from home with appointments.
Cons
Management has unrealistic expectations of employees. Several employees have asked for help more than once and never received it. They will build you up only to hire someone else outside the company who is best friends with the manager. No thought is given when employees try to bring a better perspective on how to do tasks. They also don't follow their own policies but will let people go if they find out other people broke them. They don't care about the people who work for them only the bottom dollar and year end bonuses.
