Pros
Employees are treated very fairly, clear standards and expectations are expressed. Employees are treated very well, and open direct communication is stressed which helps create great work environment. We aim to exceed guest expectations, and by exceeding our employees expectations, we are more likely to provide exceptional service and fantastic, consistant food.
Cons
We work pretty long hours, expected at least 50 and sometimes up to 60 hours per week. Pay is decent but not amazing. Communication isn't always great, and promotions aren't always granted fairly.
