Hands-on experience Excellent mentors Great opportunity if your looking to go into hospitality management LEYE is the best restaurant group in Chicago.... this opportunity lead to numerous connections and invaluable experience Loved how the program was split between classroom training/lectures/projects and actually working in the restaurant Paid internship

Could have been more structured Culture of the interns was a turnoff to some degree- high school type atmosphere at times
