Tiring but good money - Server Lettuce Entertain You Employee Review

The hours are LONG and there will not be a single second of downtime during your shift (most shifts I don’t even have time to go to the bathroom.) You don’t get free food or an employee meal, but you can order food from your restaurant and get a 50% discount (kind of ridiculous but wtv it’s good food). Work-life balance is very difficult. The working environment is super toxic and clique-y. Management likes to micromanage and nitpick. I feel like Lettuce cares much more about their clientele than their employees.
