Pros
The name alone will open doors for you down the road. There is a reason that most of the managers and upper level employees leave Lettuce and open their own operations. Pretty good benefits if you can use them. Great opportunity for networking with people outside of the restaurant business. If you want to open your own operation this is a great place to learn how to do it right.
Cons
Okay so it's the restaurant business. Don't expect to have a life. Transferring from one location to another almost impossible. I prefer to refer to it as an internship. You work your butt off and the pay can be almost non-existent unless you are "special". Learn everything you can while you can.
