      Pros

      None really. They take advantage of their staff the same as any of restaurant group and exploit them constantly. The culture is a racist one and when I complained about sexual harassment was met with little concern.

      Cons

      They laid off a significant portion of their staff due to covid (understandable.) their return was based on the discretion of the management (truly some of the worst management I’d ever encountered.) management staff will lie, gaslight you, and make you question your entire existence. I stayed far longer than I should have because of money. That being said, money is good but they will work you to the bone. Vacations are discouraged completely.
