Frustrating - Manager Lettuce Entertain You Employee Review

Upper management was not emotionally stable. Horrible at communicating change or possible upcoming change. We are in a technology driven world and this company needs to make some changes to ensure they are communicating more effectively. This company makes very quick decisions but rarely communicates the decisions or changes to all parties involved, on more than one occasion we would learn of a change more than 2 weeks to a month later.
