Trying to find another job - Front of House Lettuce Entertain You Employee Review

The second that management learned I was trying to find another job my hours were cut. They said that they were trying to get full weekly coverage for the position I am in, and I was at 4 days at that time, and cut my weekly shifts to 2 days/wk. Management gave no reasons when I had a good performance review a couple of weeks prior and were not able to give me other options to fill in my hours, I don't know how I'm supposed to pay my bills now, as the job market is not great, but the retaliation on their end is not helping.
