      Pros

      Most lettuce restaurants stay relatively busy so you will make good money depending on the shift. They feed you before every shift which is a great perk. They keep staff informed fairly well about menu update, private parties ect...

      Cons

      Lots of unneccasary sidework because systems arent streamlined. Management varies. Corporate heirarchy structure makes it hard to feel heard or get answers. Sometimes short staffed on support making it a lot of work, which can be physically hard. Hosts don't get paid enough.
