Pros
The work/life balance is strong relative to other cities (though maybe not to New Orleans), the culture is positive, and there are many opportunities to take initiative, be recognized, and be compensated accordingly. It's an exciting, challenging, and rewarding environment to work in. It's mostly young people and we're friends outside of work. The benefits are fantastic.
Cons
Many of the leaders are young and it's their first time building a company like this, which is not necessarily a con, but it may not be for everyone.
