I learned the characteristics I truly despised in a leader by watching the CRO, Martin Roth, on a daily basis. Treated people like numbers and genuinely did not care for them, while preaching to the team "Hit your number and be a good person." Quota lunches were pretty cool, though. Have give credit where it's due. Also, there was a Director there for a while who made things fun and mostly shielded sales people from Martin.
