Pros

Great company that appreciates its employees and rewards hard work. The management is very open to new ideas and improvements and does everything they can to implement good ideas.

Cons

There are very few cons to speak of. One possible con would be the disconnect between divisions and how set these divisions are in there ways. Change can be difficult at times because it's not what is familiar.
