Pros
Good pay for easy work, very good benefits and easy to take time off.
Cons
Mandatory over time for weeks/months straight sometimes, followed by nothing for months. Management is all 50+ and everything is ran by old farts. They're hell bent on keeping everything as inefficient and old as possible. Software is from the 90s and they're closed to basically any improvement.
