Micro managed. DM truly believes she inspire us thru her micro management As a store manager you don't make the choices DM runs your store, so why do they need me to be there? You are told what to do instead of given you the chance to make the choices either good or bad for you to grow. Absolutely no work/life balance. Lack of training They pay for one title while you perform 2 jobs, saving some bucks but not allowing for work / balance DM expect for you to be 24/7 reachable she will make sure this is an ongoing situation
