Pros
Benefits are passable; 401K match is probably the best thing; generally nice people (at least on the surface...some can just be pretending though)
Cons
First off...stay clear of Merchandising. Though I didn't work in Merch myself I worked closely with people in Merch, I heard a lot of bad things that happen there from other previous employees. Some of which include sexual-harassment and abuse of power by upper executive staff. Also in general (specifically pertaining to Merch) people were "laid-off" or essentially fired because they didn't do what upper management told them to do. There are no basis for their lay-offs and that's really pitiful. HR isn't much help either, they're not really doing what they're supposed to do. HR is a puppet in all of this and also scared of the top leaders and will do whatever they ask. HR has no backbone and even when evidence was presented against these executive leaders HR just turns a blind eye. It's a shame and quite sad some people leave without having found another just because they're that miserable and abused. Some people get overworked too...no work life balance. I see people getting in at 7am and work "at home" until 12am. That's a sad life and I'm glad I left (at a much better place now)...I wouldn't want to work for people like-who say they care, but doesn't really. Overall not a great company and it's not even worth the "name". You're much better off working at a company that treats people well even if they're a no name. If you get a job here...good luck!
