Pros
The work I did was awesome. I loved being in a warehouse enviornment, not interacting with the pubilc and kind of doing things at my own pace. The original hours were great for a single mother. Benifits were just fine, 401k, health insurance, vision and education assistance.
Cons
Horrid union and managment . You're only a number to them and when you need the representation, you don't get it becasuse the union is ALL for the company. Hours and workload was not stable. (but thats the risk of warehouse jobs.) Very hard to move up the ladder.
